Add DeductAble to your Android Home Screen

Keep DeductAble one tap away on your Android phone or tablet. Use the web app with your existing account and donations.

  1. Open Chrome and go to app.deductable.ai. Use the app address, rather than this marketing website.
  2. Sign in with your DeductAble account.
  3. Tap Chrome’s three-dot menu (⋮) beside the address bar. Choose Install and create shortcut, then Install, and confirm the prompt. Some Chrome versions call this Add to Home screen or Install app.
  4. If only Create shortcut is offered, choose it, name it DeductAble, and tap Add. This creates an icon that opens the web app in Chrome.
  5. Next time, tap the DeductAble icon to open it. If asked to sign in again, use the same account to see your donations.

The web app still needs an internet connection, including when opened from the icon. This is web access rather than a native Google Play app. If the menu option is missing, open the address directly in Chrome instead of inside another app’s built-in browser.

Browser wording can vary. Google’s instructions cover installing a web app and creating a shortcut.
